Cancellation policy

All resale purchases are final and non-refundable. Please pay attention to size and condition of the piece you are purchasing. For rentals, you may cancel an order more than 21 days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled delivery date will not be refunded; however, you will receive an account credit in the amount of your order total, which may be applied to future rentals. Once an Item has shipped, your order is considered final and may not be canceled.
