Return and refund

You may cancel a rental order more than 21 days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund to your original payment method minus a $15 fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled delivery date will not be refunded; however, you will receive an account credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of your order total, minus a $15 fee. Once an Item has shipped, your order is considered final and may not be canceled.

If your piece doesn't fit, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery at hello@isleofmondaynyc.com and mail the item back within 24 hours of delivery using the prepaid return label included with your order (or return it in person, for local pickup orders). You'll receive credit toward a future rental in the form of a discount code for the item that doesn't fit, less a $15 processing fee for each item returned for fit, provided the returned items remain unworn beyond checking fit. If you do not notify us within 12 hours of delivery, or the item is not mailed back within 24 hours of delivery, the rental will be considered accepted and processed and will no longer be eligible for fit-related credit.
