Your $250 session fee applies toward any rental booked during your appointment.

A few things to know.
How many guests can I bring?
You're welcome to bring up to 2 guests to Standard and Archival appointments. Group appointments are individual, so we ask that you come on your own.
Can more than one of us try things on?
One person may try on garments per appointment. If a few of you would like to try on, we recommend booking two consecutive slots or a Group appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule any time using the link in your Calendly confirmation. We just ask for 24 hours' notice. Within that window, a $100 fee helps us cover your stylist's prepared time.
What if I'm running late?
We hold your full appointment for 10 minutes. After that, we'll need to release the slot, and a $100 fee applies.
Will the pieces I want be available?
Every piece is one of one, and availability shifts daily. Pieces are reserved first-come, first-served, so we recommend booking your dates directly through the platform to secure what you're hoping to find. Because the collection is singular, a garment may have been rented by the time of your appointment; for this reason, session fees aren't refundable if a specific piece is unavailable.
Can I bring food, drinks, or my pet?
We'll have water waiting for you, and ask that you leave outside food and beverages at home. We adore animals, but kindly ask that pets stay home to protect the collection.
