Top 5 Frequently Asked Questions
What if my rental doesn’t fit?
If your piece doesn’t work, notify us within 12 hours of delivery at hello@isleofmondaynyc.com. You’ll receive credit toward a future rental as long as the item is unworn.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
If you cancel your rental more than 21 days before your delivery date, you will receive a full refund minus a $9.95 fee. Cancellations within 21 days of delivery will receive an account credit via a gift card instead of a refund.
Can I purchase my rental?
No, you cannot purchase rental after use. However, select rentals are eventually retired and listed for resale on our site at a discount. Previous renters are notified of upcoming sales and given first access to purchase.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?
Normal wear, such as a loose thread, small tear, and stain, is covered by us. Significant damage, loss, or theft will result in a replacement fee at the garment’s full retail value.
How long does shipping take?
Most rentals arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location. We recommend scheduling deliveries to arrive at least one day before your event.
