Return and refund

You may cancel a rental order more than 21 days before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund to your original payment method minus a $9.95 fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of the scheduled delivery date will not be refunded; however, you will receive an account credit in the form of a gift card for the amount of your order total, minus a $9.95 fee. Once an Item has shipped, your order is considered final and may not be canceled.

If your piece doesn’t fit, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery at hello@isleofmondaynyc.com. You’ll receive credit toward a future rental in the form of a discount code, provided the item remains unworn beyond checking fit. After the 12-hour notification window has passed, the rental will be considered accepted and processed, and will no longer be eligible for fit-related credit.
