Working with Isle of Monday

Isle of Monday is a publicly available, on-demand rental platform for everyday consumers and industry professionals alike. Our archive consists of one-of-one vintage pieces available exclusively for rental, with availability determined by garment, timing, and use case. No items are available for purchase at this time.

Isle of Monday works closely with stylists on fittings and rentals for editorial, red carpet, and private clients. Our archive consists of one-of-one vintage pieces available exclusively for rental, with availability determined by garment, timing, and use case.

Fittings & Pulls

Fittings are available by request for approved stylists so their clients can try on garments prior to decision to rent. All garments are rental-only and subject to availability at the time of the request. We currently support:

  • In-studio fittings at our New York showroom, for which the fitting fee is waived.
  • Off-site fittings for when timing and inventory allow. For any garment that leaves our showroom, we charge a Fitting Fee of 5% of the market value of the piece. The Fitting Fee applies to any official rental made, and is otherwise non-refundable. Rental prices are visible on the product detail pages of our platform.

Because many pieces are one-of-one, availability is limited and not guaranteed.

Delivery Options

  • Off-site fittings in NYC may be picked up from our Chelsea showroom or couriered.
  • Off-site fittings outside of NYC will be shipped. Shipping is complementary with 72 hour+ notice. A rush charge of $20 is charged for notice < 72 hours. To ship an item, we require a minimum spend of $300.

Overview of Fitting Terms

To ensure fair access and the care of our garments, the following guidelines apply:

  • Fittings are limited to a 48-hour window, unless otherwise approved in advance
  • A fee applies to any garment that leaves our studio
  • Late returns incur a $50/day fee
  • Garments may not be altered, pinned, tailored, or cleaned externally. We offer tailor clips (available upon request) and makeup covers to ensure the clothing does not get damaged during fittings.
  • Stylists are responsible for any damage incurred during fittings, up to full market value. We understand sometimes things happen, so, if the garment does become damaged during a fitting, please return it to us for evaluation.

Full terms are shared at the time of booking.
